Clean Up & Haul Away

Executers and Administrators of an Estate assume many responsibilities, and dealing with the many items left within a property can be one of the most overwhelming tasks.

Once the Estate’s items have been removed from the property, we can quickly schedule our Clean-Up Services for your convenience, while keeping you informed. We work with a licensed and bonded estate vendor who can also repurpose any remaining items to ensure the property is presented for the market in the cleanest possible condition.

This team is also equipped to remove items that require “special handling,” such as paint cans, e-waste and cleaning solvents.

Once our clean-up service is complete, we quickly schedule our complimentary housekeeping to ensure your property is presented in the best possible condition.

  • Items may be donated to charities such as Disabled American Veterans, Salvation Army or to the charity of your choice to be repurposed

  • Vendor will provide an inventory summary of items removed

  • Vendor will provide a donation receipt to the Estate for tax purposes
