Meet Joey McNamara

My name is Joey McNamara.  I got my start in the Real Estate industry over 20 years ago in Title. This extensive knowledge about the ins and outs of the title experience, property research and legalities of transactions including Probate & Foreclosure. With over 20 years in the real estate industry, focusing on probate, I have been able to help numerous families.  I pride myself on bringing standards to every real estate transaction and handling each and every probate client like family.

Working in probate real estate requires a commitment to holding myself to the highest standards for work practices. This specialized field demands a meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of legal processes. As representatives of grieving families and estates, it is imperative that probate real estate professionals approach their work with utmost empathy and sensitivity.

Fostering open and transparent communication, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to ethical guidelines are essential. By consistently upholding rigorous work practices, I can assist their clients during a difficult time while maintaining the integrity of the profession. 

When I’m not selling real estate, you can be sure to find me outside.  I have two twin two year olds, and my wife and I love to camp. Whether we’re out exploring trails or enjoying beach days in the Pacific Northwest, I enjoy creating those long lasting memories.
